Epic Partners takes a focused approach to real estate investing that capitalizes on our diverse experience and in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta metro area market. Since 1935 the families of the Epic Partner principals have been creating wealth for their partners by strategically finding real estate opportunities where significant value can be added and/or steady cash flow exists.

With our affiliates, we provide a vertically integrated platform, which we feel is an important advantage and key to our success. We use an in-house development team and property management service to streamline operations and maintain a consistent focus throughout all levels of asset growth and project management. Our careful cost control keeps expenses lower resulting in higher returns for our partners.
