The Water Tower Stacks

The Water Tower Stacks is a 10 unit industrial-modern townhouse development in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward. The development included eight attached and two detached units.

During the economic recession, Epic Partners strategically purchased a piece of property in the up-and-coming Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. Epic Partners worked to have the property rezoned to accommodate 10 luxury townhouse units and when real estate values rebounded, began the project. The demand for the units was overwhelming. Before we broke ground we had a list of over 200 potential buyers. Units were under contract within days of being released for marketing and the final average selling price per unit was 21.3% higher than our original forecasts.
